Made by us, made for you

Every piece in our cases started on a jeweller's bench, and so can yours. Whether you have a sketch, a photo, an heirloom you'd love to wear again or just a feeling, our in-house jewellers will turn it into something that's entirely yours.

There are two ways to work with us.


Custom design

Start from your idea. We'll design a piece from scratch around what matters to you: the stone, the shape, the story. Engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, gifts that mark a milestone.

Already have gold or stones? Bring them in. We can remake old, broken or out-of-date jewellery into something new, keeping the material, and the meaning, in the family.

Made to order

Fall for one of our designs but need it in a different size, metal or stone? We'll make it for you. Browse our made-to-order pieces, then talk to us about the details.


How it works

  1. Talk to us. Book a consultation at any of our four stores, or send us your idea. We'll talk through design, materials and budget.
  2. See your design. We'll show you sketches or a design [and a quote] before anything is made.
  3. We make it. Your piece is handcrafted by our own jewellers, not sent away.
  4. Collect and wear. Pick it up in store [or have it delivered], and we'll check the fit is perfect.

Timing: most custom pieces take several weeks depending on materials required. If you have a date in mind, an engagement, wedding or birthday, let us know early.

Budget: We can work with different budgets. We'll always be upfront about cost before we begin.
